Justin Morneau Ice Fishing Classic 2027
United Heroes League's Justin Morneau Ice Fishing Tournament is on the books for Saturday, February 6, 2027 — $20 gets you on the ice and into the door-prize drawing, with a warm-hearted charity angle that outlasts the cold.
United Heroes League has tickets up for the Justin Morneau Ice Fishing Tournament on Saturday, February 6, 2027, running 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the door-prize drawing at 4. Twenty bucks covers tournament entry and one door-prize entry. You can buy more tickets for more drawings, and you don’t have to fish — or even be present — to win a door prize.
The ticket page tags the event Hunter’s Point. It does not spell out “Mille Lacs” or “Isle” in the body copy, so treat the lake pin carefully: Nitti’s Hunters Point Resort in Isle (a Mille Lacs resort) hosted the 2026 Morneau tournament on its calendar, which is why this lands on our Mille Lacs beat. Confirm the exact weigh-in / HQ spot on the UHL ticket page before you drag the fish house across the county.
Online ticket sales end February 6 at 1 p.m.; in-person times can differ. Fish submissions need a physical ticket or the online ticket number from your email receipt. Prize claiming runs through early March 2027: at the drawing, at the event location Sunday February 7 from 8–10 a.m., or at United Heroes League in Hastings between February 8 and March 8, 2027. Unclaimed prizes get donated back to UHL.
It’s a charity ice day with a Twins legend’s name on it. Dress for February, check the ice reports, and don’t invent a secret honey hole from a ticket or email receipt.
