National Walleye Tour — Leech Lake (Walker) 2027

The Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's National Walleye Tour brings a regular-season stop to Leech Lake out of Walker on August 20–21, 2027 — live-bait day, Co-Angler seats still open to the public.

The National Walleye Tour has Leech Lake on the 2027 regular-season slate: Friday–Saturday, August 20–21, out of Walker. The event page lists the dates and the water; the Tour’s schedule announcement fills in the format notes that matter if you’re packing a rod for someone else’s boat.

Per the NWT’s Oct. 29, 2026 schedule release: Leech is a live bait stop. The Professional division for 2027 is invitation-only; the Co-Angler division stays open to the public. Co-Angler registration runs through Fishing Chaos — priority all-in for eligible Co-Anglers opens December 2, 2026, and single-event Co-Angler registration opens to the general public December 16, 2026. Event fact sheets and off-limits windows were listed as “coming soon,” so don’t treat launch times or boundaries as locked until those drop.

Leech in mid-August can look like a postcard from the Walker shoreline and then remind you it’s a big lake with weather opinions. If you’re after a Co-Angler seat, set the December reminders now and watch the Tour site for the fact sheet.
